Work is installed as part of Air Arts' main exhibition in either February or September and will then be on display for a period of 6 months. 

Air Arts have the right to veto work which is unsuitable for the hospital environment (work installed should be uplifting, appropriate for all ages and not provocative, religious, or adult themed). The location of where the work is exhibited is at the discretion of the Air Arts curator.

The amount of work to be exhibited will be agreed with the curator and would have to fit onto mounting boards of a maximum size of 8 ft long by 4 ft high.

Air Arts is unable to insure work, so all work is exhibited at the artists own risk.
Should the artist wish to do so, the work can be made available for sale. The prize winner(s) would be featured in the Air Arts exhibition booklet and social media.
